State Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected from merchandise sold to California (8.75%), Illinois (6.25%) or New Jersey (7.0%).

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. The large Roof Strengthening Kits (RBK1012 and RBK1014) are considered large item deliveries and ship for a flat rate of $95.

Large Item Delivery
Merchandise that is too large or too heavy to ship via package carriers are shipped via contracted freight companies. These companies will call you when your merchandise arrives at their terminal to set up an appropriate delivery time. These companies provide tailgate delivery. Upon delivery the driver is required to take product to the rear of the truck only. The driver is not required to unload to the curb. The carrier is not responsible for bringing merchandise into your home, uncrating, installing or removing packing materials. If you need to make special delivery arrangements, it will be your responsibility to make those arrangements with the carrier when they call. Additional charges may be incurred for special delivery arrangements.

Damaged Merchandise
If merchandise is damaged, indicate "damaged" on the paperwork, refuse at time of delivery, then call 1-800-851-1085 to re-enter order.

Shipping Time
Orders usually ship within 7-10 business days. These items are only available for shipping within the continental United States.
